Patrick A. Hale is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Local Realty, Inc., a leading lifestyle real estate company providing tools and resources to consumers and real estate professionals in their local marketplace.

In 2005, Patrick founded San Diego Connection, a San Diego advertising and real estate company. Soon after learning how fast technology was changing the real estate industry, he seized the opportunity by investing in real estate domains; securing several trademarks and applying for patent pending real estate technology based products. Patrick then began to build his online presence and as the number of consumers contacting him online increased, Patrick soon became a top-producing sales associate in one of the worst real estate markets in history. Patrick then received his real estate Brokers license in California and began to duplicate his success within his own brokerage while remaining in the elite top 5% of all real estate agents in California.

Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA) where he received the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award and assisted in founding The Real Estate Society. With the ultimate goal of educating college students about the dynamic career opportunities available in the Real Estate Industry, within one year, Patrick successfully grew this organization to over 80+ paid student members and 30+ industry sponsors, increasing the organizations non-profit sponsorship budget to being the largest student organization budget on campus.

Prior to founding The Local Realty, Patrick was a Real Estate Analyst for Grubb & Ellis, a Commercial Real Estate Company and a Development Analyst for Pierce Education Properties, a national Mixed-Use developer specializing in University and Student Housing.

Patrick was elected as the youngest Board of Director in history for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS. Shorty after his election, he was appointed the youngest Director in history for SANDICOR, the San Diego Regional Multiple Listing Service representing over 18,000 agents in San Diego. As technology is constantly changing the way professionals and consumers of real estate do business, Patrick continues to assist in building a pathway for the future of the real estate industry.
