Please review the following before submitting a New Associate Application.
- All Associate applications are submitted electronically.
- For Teams, each applicant must complete a separate application.
- A valid driver’s license or other photo ID is required.
- You will be asked to upload the following required documents. Prior to beginning your application, please make sure you have these documents on your computer in PDF, JPG or PNG format so that you may upload them when requested.
- Real Estate License
- Drivers License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Articles of Incorporation (If you want payments sent to your corporation)
- Professional Photo
Transferring from Another Brokerage?
We want to make sure that your listings and escrows are transferred and paid accordingly. If you have any pending escrows, clients or listings that need to be transferred, please make sure you have the relevant information in order to do so including:
- Your Old Brokers Name, Phone, Email
- Property Addresses of Listings or Pending Escrows
- Escrow #’s and Escrow contact information.
- Supporting Documents (PDF Format)
Application Acceptance, Payment and Contract Signing
Upon approval of your application, any setup or monthly fees must be paid in full via Online Payment (credit card or paypal). We must have a valid Credit Card on file for all Associates. As soon as your application is complete, you will receive confirmation including a copy of your signed contracts and receipt for any purchased items.
