Patrick Hale is a real estate entrepreneur, broker and PropTech investor with experience spanning residential and commercial brokerage, communications infrastructure, home building, construction, mixed-use development and property technology.
Born and raised in Carmel, California, Patrick comes from a family that has served the local community for more than four decades. He began his real estate career in 2004 and has since sold more than 400 properties while consistently ranking among California’s leading real estate professionals.
In 2012, Patrick became the youngest elected Director in the history of the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®. He was later appointed as the youngest Director in the history of SANDICOR, then one of the country’s largest regional multiple listing services, serving more than 19,000 real estate subscribers.
Patrick has served in leadership and advisory roles with major real estate organizations, including the California Association of REALTORS®. His industry involvement has focused on technology, data, brokerage innovation and improving tools available to professionals and consumers.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in City Planning from San Diego State University. While attending SDSU, Patrick helped establish The Real Estate Society, a nonprofit created to educate students about real estate careers and connect them with industry opportunities.
Before launching and investing in his own companies, Patrick worked as a commercial real estate analyst with Grubb & Ellis | BRE Commercial and as a development analyst with Pierce Education Properties.
Leads a real estate investment company focused on acquiring, underwriting and managing communications infrastructure interests, including wireless leases, easements and related property assets.
Founded a marketplace and technology platform connecting property owners, investors, brokers and service providers involved in utility and communications infrastructure.
Builds and invests in companies and digital assets within the PropTech, FinTech and ConTech industries. The portfolio has included more than 16 companies, multiple trademarked brands and hundreds of strategic real estate and technology domains.
